HOW TO SEARCH OUR CD-ROM DISK COLLECTION:
![]()
PLEASE NOTE: The CD-ROM disk collection is maintained privately and is not open to the public other than by the method outlined below. These guidelines may help explain how you may utilize the FREE part of my service to your advantage:
Access the "Search Request Form" where you see this
on the CD-ROM list.
1) General research is not done for free. If you need assistance with your research project, please send details and request a rate quote. Click here
to send e-mail.
2) Look-ups in CD-ROM databases will be performed for free, if the request is not too broad nor time consuming.
3) A CD-ROM number must be supplied.
4) Full names must be used, ie., John Quincy JONES, or John Q. JONES, or John JONES. Avoid using initials, ie., J. JONES, or J. Q. JONES.
5) Requests for searches using only a last-name will, in most cases, be ignored. Only VERY unusual names are an exception to this item.
6) For a request of the following type: "all SMITHs on disk # 42", request rate for a Surname Extraction Report. Click here
to send e-mail.
7) Searches are limited to the disks in my personal collection.
8) Please limit yourself to 4 search requests per day.
Your cooperation and understanding are appreciated. Thank You.
