John CROW  (1606 - 16 January 1685/6)

He immigrated to New England in 1635. He was an early settler of Hartford, 
Conn. and removed to Hadley, Mass. where he was one of the first settlers 
there. He was made freeman of Hadley in 1666. He returned as early as 1676 
to Hartford.
