The house for rent is the front house. Address is 333 S. Third Ave., Arcadia, CA 91006.

It has approx. 750 sq. feet.  It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen & a laundry porch. 
Kitchen will accommodate refrigerator and a gas stove. 
There is a window air conditioner in the living room. Heat provided by two gas wall furnaces; 
1 in the living room, and 1 in the rear bedroom.  Each bedroom has a combination ceiling fan/light fixture.  
Living room & bedrooms are wired for cable TV. Each bedroom has a large sliding door closet.

Tenant supplies own furniture & appliances.

There is room in the garage for 1 car. Additional cars will require an overnight street parking permit.
The cost of a permit can be learned by calling City Hall [626-574-5400].

No pets or animals of any kind are allowed in the house or on the property.
Don't even ask!

The rent is $1,200.00 per month, payable in advance.

Security deposit is $1,200.00, paid in advance & fully refundable at termination of tenancy, 
if house is vacated in a clean and immediately rent-able condition.

The owner will pay the water, gardener, trash collection, & pest exterminator.

The tenant pays for electricity, gas, telephone, & cable TV.
